I work with individuals who are experiencing a range of disruptions in their lives, including depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, identity issues, relationship and sexuality concerns, life transitions, and stressors, among others. My approach to counselling is grounded in the understanding that we all encounter significant challenges throughout our lives.
I offer a non-pathologizing, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on several modalities, such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. My aim is to support you by tailoring sessions to address your specific needs.
I provide both in-person and virtual sessions for adolescents (12+), young adults, and adults.
