Registered Clinical Counsellor | BCACC #19465
Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Individual
After gaining extensive experience as a psychiatric nurse, I decided to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology to help people outside of a hospital setting.
I have a deep passion for providing support to those seeking improvement in their overall sense of wellbeing. My approach is holistic, strength-based, trauma-informed and always personalized to the client’s needs.
A compassionate, welcoming and safe environment is something I strive to provide for people who choose me to be a part of their wellness journey.
Along with counselling, I love to speak with audiences and groups regarding normalization of mental health care. My background as a comedian and wellness speaker equips me to bring an entertaining and engaging flare to nearly any topic.
